Legal Framework for Concierge Services
When you book a flight on an on-demand chartered aircraft through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that we act solely as a referral and facilitation service and do not own, operate, or control any aircraft. You will be required to enter into a separate agreement directly with the independent chartered aircraft provider responsible for operating your flight. Each provider within our network maintains its own terms, conditions, and policies, which will govern your use of their services. We do not assume any liability arising from or related to the operation of your flight, and any claims, disputes, or recourse available to you shall be solely against the charter provider.
By using our services, you explicitly acknowledge that we are not an air carrier, direct air operator, or broker and that our role is limited to connecting you with third-party providers. Without limiting the generality of the section titled “Who is responsible for what I see and do on the Services?” or any other provision of these Terms, you agree that we are not a party to any contract or agreement between you and any provider, nor do we make any representations or warranties regarding the services rendered by such providers.
From time to time, we may facilitate additional concierge services, including but not limited to car reservations, restaurant reservaions, event bookings, and deliveries from bespoke retail stores and florists. While we may coordinate scheduling, pricing, and payment for these services, the execution and fulfillment of such services remain the sole responsibility of the respective service providers. Your use of these services shall be governed by the provider’s specific terms and conditions. We disclaim any liability for non-performance, errors, or omissions by third-party service providers, and any claims relating to such services must be directed to the respective provider.
By engaging our concierge services, you acknowledge that all transactions and engagements with third-party providers are conducted at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your use of such services.
