Data Use Policy

Effective Date: [March 26th,2025] Last Updated: [March 26th, 2025]

Divitiae Terrae LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. This Data Use Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard client data when you use our flight booking services. As a U.S. Limited Liability Company (LLC), we comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) for financial transactions, and other relevant Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.

1. Data Collection

We collect client data when an individual or business submits a flight inquiry through our website, mobile application, or direct communication channels (e.g., phone, email, or chat). The types of data we collect may include:

2. How We Use Client Data

We use client data solely for facilitating private jet charter bookings. Each step of data processing aligns with U.S. privacy laws and our contractual obligations.

Step 1: Inquiry Processing & Contacting Charter Providers

Upon receiving a client inquiry, we review the details to match the request with a suitable private jet provider. We may use automated systems and/or manual review to assess aircraft availability, pricing, and suitability based on the client’s needs. The client’s personal information and travel details are only shared with authorized aircraft charter operators or brokers who are required to handle the information in compliance with applicable laws.

Step 2: Data Transfer to Third-Party Aircraft Providers

We will only share necessary information with vetted third-party aircraft charter companies or private jet owners who are part of our trusted provider network. The data transferred includes only the details necessary for the provider to offer a quote or confirm availability (e.g., travel dates, destinations, passenger count). Payment details (if applicable) are processed securely in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) regulations and are not shared with providers unless required for direct payment processing.

Step 3: Client Communication & Booking Coordination

Once the provider confirms availability and pricing, we communicate the details to the client via their preferred contact method. If the client proceeds with the booking, they may be required to sign a direct contract with the charter provider, subject to that provider’s terms and conditions. We facilitate communication between the client and the aircraft provider as needed, without acting as a direct party to the final contract.

3. Data Retention & Security

We retain client data only for as long as necessary to complete the booking process, maintain customer records, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data is stored securely using encryption and access control measures to prevent unauthorized access. We implement industry-standard cybersecurity practices to protect against data breaches and unauthorized disclosure.
